The WellFlon PTFE-coated fabric has been demonstrated to be utilised in a broad spectrum of electronic applications, including but not limited to the fabrication of Copper Clad Laminate (CCL), the manufacture of FPCB, the bonding of LCD conductive film, the wrapping of cables, and numerous others.

Electromagnetic solenoids are a class of electromechanical device that has been found to benefit from WellFlon, a long-lasting and high-performance product due to its excellent dielectric strength, easy-release surface, outstanding dimensional stability and durability in heat, flame resistance and great mechanical strength.


Electrical Insulation

WellFlon PTFE-coated cloth is utilised for the purpose of electrical insulation, with applications including aerospace wire wrapping and electrical coil and phase insulation.

The PTFE fabric has been demonstrated to exhibit excellent mechanical strength, a high dielectric constant, strong chemical resistance, and heat resistance up to 50°F/260°C. Furthermore, WellFlon PTFE fabrics are utilised as linings for the coils of superconductor magnets, with a view to minimising noise and vibration.


FPCB CVL Laminating

The utilisation of WellFlon PTFE-coated fabrics as release liners for CVL (coverlay) lamination or quick lamination is predicated on the premise that these materials possess both elevated mechanical strength and superior release and non-stick properties. The employment of high-quality, defect-free PTFE fabric ensures optimal performance in the FPCB manufacturing process, facilitating smooth and seamless release.


Polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) Copper Clad Laminate (CCL)

The PTFE CCL market is expected to undergo rapid development in the coming years. This product is a type of CCL that uses PTFE-impregnated fiberglass fabric as the basic material. The material exhibits excellent dielectric properties, which renders it particularly well suited to use in high-frequency circuit boards. These boards are characterised by their stringent demand for PTFE fabric.


Low Friction Linings for Printers

The utilisation of WellFlon low friction linings as printer components engenders a linear glide bearing within high-speed, high-productivity printers. The result is a consistent and smooth movement of paper over many thousands of cycles, achieved by a reduction in the frictional force required.

WellFlon fabric has been demonstrated to demonstrate consistent functionality over a million cycles, a testament to its exceptional durability.


ACF Bonding

Polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) film finds application in the process of TFT-LCD and PDP modules, with a particular emphasis on the ACF bonding process of TFT-LCD modules. The primary function of this film is to serve as a shock absorber for the bonding tool and to safeguard the glass panel from any potential damage arising from particles and variations in PCB size.
